Our team will ensure that all hired equipment is safely set up for use. Upon booking, the Hirer will be informed of the safety procedures and usage instructions. It is essential for the Hirer to adhere to these safety instructions at all times, and thereafter, they are solely responsible for ensuring that safety protocols are followed. If there is any doubt about the safe use of the equipment during the hire period, it should be immediately discontinued.
⚠️ CUSTOMERS' RESPONSIBILITIES/OUR LIABILITIES ⚠️
1. Ensure the area for the castle/inflatable is clean and free of obstacles/hazards and animal waste.
2. We use 400mm steel ground stakes to secure our equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the area is free from underground pipes, cables, or other obstacles. We are not responsible for damages if not notified beforehand.
3. We are not liable for any damage to the setup area, whether it's a garden hire or a hall booking.
4. The customer must section off the castle/inflatable from public access in hired venues.
5. Ensure clear, safe access for delivery of the bouncy castle.
6. Ensure adequate space for safe use of the castle/inflatable. Refer to size guidelines upon booking.

✅ SAFE USE OF THE CASTLE/INFLATABLE ✅
1. When choosing one of our Bouncy Castles/Inflatables, ensure it meets your requirements. Each has a user size guide and a limit on the number of users at one time. Choose the right one for your needs.
2. Adults and children should not use the Bouncy Castle/Inflatables simultaneously.
3. Maintain a balanced age/size group of users to prevent older children from falling onto younger ones.
4. No food, drinks, confectionery, or chewing gum is allowed on the Hired Equipment.
5. Remove all shoes, spectacles, jewelry, and sharp objects before using the Bouncy Castle/Inflatables.
6. No food, drinks, sweets, chewing gum, face paints, confetti, party poppers, pets, footwear, glasses, jewellery, sharp objects, or any liquids are permitted on or near the inflatable at any time. This is to prevent damage and ensure safety. Any breach of this condition will result in a £150 cleaning or damage fee.
7. A responsible adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable at all times.
8. The maximum number of users depends on the size of the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable and the users. Avoid overcrowding.
9. Climbing on the walls of the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable is dangerous and can cause damage.
10. No smoking, bonfires, or BBQs near the Hired Equipment.
11. IMPORTANT: Our Bouncy Castles/Inflatables are secured with stakes to comply with safety regulations. They are not safe to use in heavy rain or winds above 24 mph. If the weather worsens, stop using the equipment and contact us.
12. No one under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances should use the Hired Equipment.
13. The hirer is responsible for ensuring safe use of the castle/inflatable. Fighting and flips are strictly forbidden.
14. Users should only use the front step for entering or exiting the castle. Misuse could result in injury.
15. The castle/inflatable is for people only. No pets or animals allowed.
16. If the blower stops working, ensure all users exit the castle/inflatable immediately and safely.
💰Business Use / Sub Hire💰
Our equipment is for private, non-commercial use only. Sub-hiring, lending, or use for profit-making purposes is strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing beforehand. In such cases, a 50% surcharge will apply, and the hirer must provide valid proof of Public Liability Insurance covering such use.
☑️Public Liability Insurance☑️
For any business, commercial or public use, the hirer must provide evidence of suitable Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million). Our insurance does not cover accidents or damage resulting from rule violations or improper use.
🚫CANCELLATION POLICY🚫
We may cancel outdoor bookings for the following reasons:
1. Heavy rain
2. High winds
3. Unsuitable outdoor surfaces
4. Obstacles around the setup area (trees, walls, etc.)
5. Safety concerns for users
6. Potential damage to the equipment
If you need to cancel due to weather changes before delivery, you can do so without charge. However, if we have already set up the inflatable and the weather then changes, the charge will still apply.
We hire Bouncy Castles in West Sussex and surroundings areas including Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Redhill, Reigate, Horley, Copthorne, Horsham, Turners Hill, Lingfield, Hassocks, Oxted, Godstone, East Grinstead, Forest Row, Gatwick, Dorking, Betchworth, Caterham.
